Occasional Spacesoup workshops let students try out creative activities like T-shirt design and photo styling.

The online lesson programme
Spacesoup challenges Dutch secondary-school pupils to think about architecture and design in the context of their surroundings and create designs of their own. Each student decides on a project, takes field trips for inspiration, and talks to professionals to get oriented. Finally, he or she creates a design and presents it to the class.
The Spacesoup website introduces each assignment with a short online film or text. Other resources include an image bank, links and a search engine.
In 2008, alongside rewritten lessons for HAVO and VWO pupils, Spacesoup introduced a new series for VMBO pupils, Culture Clash. The new VMBO lessons add a focus on multiculturalism and the two-way exchange between Dutch and foreign architecture and design.
