Premsela’s forthcoming exhibition at the Designhuis in Eindhoven, Food Culture: Eating by Design, will feature works that link design, food and the origins of what we eat. Food Culture has been extended until Sunday 6 January 2013.

Premsela programmes events at the Designhuis in Eindhoven in partnership with Capital D and the city of Eindhoven. A range of exhibitions will be on view at least through this year. “It’s important that Dutch designers have an exhibition space in the Netherlands where design receives consistent attention, international developments in design are showcased, and we can display Dutch design in an international context,” says Els van der Plas, Premsela's managing director.

Food Culture
In Food Culture: Eating by Design, curator and designer Marije Vogelzang has selected projects that map our complex relationship with food and make visitors conscious of how it is produced. The exhibition will show how designers can help humanity to make necessary future changes to the food chain. It will run through Sunday 30 September.
