Design.nl’s English-language site has kept Dutch design aficionados around the world informed since 2007. Editors Gabrielle Kennedy and Cassandra Pizzey work with an international team of freelance writers to bring readers news, exclusive interviews with established and emerging designers, and reports on lectures and debates. Design.nl provides on-the-ground coverage of events at home and abroad, from Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven to Milan’s annual furniture fair. A calendar charts Dutch-design-related events in the Netherlands and beyond.

The Chinese, Turkish and German websites and newsletters are made possible in part by the Dutch Design Fashion Architecture programme (DutchDFA). DutchDFA aims to strengthen the international position of the Dutch creative industry in four focus countries by building long-lasting international partnerships to tackle relevant issues at the local level.
